Pick two teams (more rescuers than bad guys) and a person or thing to be rescued.

 

You can use an object as the hostage if you want.

 

The rescuers need to have a safe area or two that they need to get the hostage to in order to win (the defenders don't need to know the location of the safe areas).

 

Games are as quick as a couple minutes or as long as you want them to be.
